What does it do and is it good for acne prone combination skin?
The brand NIOD is from the house of Deciem. The Survival range aims at supporting the healthy skin defence against environmental and lifestyle damages. There are four different kinds, Survival 10,20 and 30 offer UVB and UVA protection as well. Survival 0 doesn’t offer any UV protection and is intended for the evening routine.
What does it do?
Survival 0 contains powerful antioxidants to fight the appearance of photo damage, form a physical shield against urban pollution and fight oxidation.

Very lightweight and watery liquid in a camel, organge hue color.
How do I use it?
I apply 1-1.5 pumps of product on my face after my toner and essence in the evening routine. It sinks in instantly and it doesn’t cause any problems with the other layers of my routine. I haven’t noticed any orange stains, it seems to blend in seamlessly into my skin.
Effect of Survival 0
It’s difficult to tell if it has any visible effects. I see it more as an investment that will show in the future, if I can prevent as much damage as possible now. Since using this I did notice though, that my cheek area, which gets irritated and red sometimes, seems to be doing fine.
Do I recommend Survival 0?
Yes, I do! I think it’s a great product for any skin type and concern, since it’s catering to key factors of healthy skin. Any skin needs a healthy barrier to function normally.
